The day went pretty well today and I found it simple to follow the plans I created.
The only thing that is bothering me a bit today is that I feel a bit hungry tonight. I ate late due to the Healthy Steps class at the YMCA. But I feel like I could just conitnue to eat all night long... like there's an empty pit in my stomach just begging to be filled.
Instead, I'm headed to bed. I can't eat when I'm sleeping, right? :)
